Bow Energy Ltd (BBLS on the TSX-Venture) is an Oil and Gas exploration and development company situated in the prolific Indonesian North Sumatra basin.

Bow Energy Ltd has 2 key assets:

50% Working Interest in the Langsa TAC concession located offshore, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The Langsa field is an offshore 77 square km concession (“Langsa TAC”) in 300 feet of water depth. Initially discovered by Mobil in 1980, the TAC currently produces from 2 wells which are connected to an FPSO.

44.48% % Working Interest in a Production Sharing Contract for a block referred to as “South Block A”. The asset is located in North Sumatra and consists of over 1500 Km2 of exploration acreage and includes 2D and 3D Seismic.

Mohammad Fazil President, CEO and Director

Mr. Fazil has 18 years of capital markets experience with Canadian boutique investment dealers. His focus was IPO and secondary financings for oil & gas, oil & gas service companies and mining companies.

Mr. Fazil raised over $300 million for IPOs and secondary financings during his career in the investment industry. He was instrumental in identifying and structuring transactions/issuers. Mr. Fazil travelled extensively overseas to source funding as well as companies looking to finance and establish a presence on the North American markets.

Aqeel Virk
VP Commercial and Business Development and Director

Mr. Virk is an experienced asset acquisition and contracts negotiator with vast experience in corporate regulatory compliance. He is actively involved in business development, company operations and legal affairs. Mr. Virk graduated from the Haskayne school of Business – University of Calgary and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2013.

Robert Sadleir, Director

Mr. Sadleir has served as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Bow (formerly ACL International Ltd.) from 2006 to present. He previously served as Vice President of Finance at Cal-Gas Inc., from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Sadleir obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 1971 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1974. He successfully participated in the Executive Development Program at Dalhousie University in 1989.

Robert Tjandra, Director

Mr. Tjandra has a mixture of multi-national and national companies experience in emerging markets as well as in developed countries. He started his first career working for BP as the first Indonesian national petroleum geologist for BP in Indonesia. His career with BP included a secondment to BP North Sea operations in Aberdeen, UK. Mr. Tjandra has been involved in the oil and gas sector in Indonesia for many years, during which time he has directed an oil and gas supply and service company. He has deep understanding of the Indonesian business environment. Mr. Tjandra's recent interest includes the development of sustainable energy mix.

Mr. Tjandra was born in Indonesia and spent much of his time in Indonesia before residing in Canada in 2009 where he consults in the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors. He has a B.Sc. in Geology Specialist from the University of Toronto, Canada, and an MBA from the Philippine School of Business Administration. He speaks fluent English and Indonesian.
